Merida's Puppies - Four Weeks! (and videos!)

We LOVE these puppies!!  They are so much fun!  Yesterday we had them separated from Merida while getting baths and pictures.  At one point I picked up Countess and she practically attacked my chin, obviously hungry!  It was the funniest thing!  After we let her and the others nurse Merida for a little bit, she snuggled up in my arms and fell asleep.  So precious :)

This is the Count :)

He is the largest puppy in the litter.

He is mild-mannered and easy-going!

And oh so handsome :p

This is the Countess!

She is a little clown!

I think she is the smallest in the litter.

She is feisty and has a really cute personality …  she has a funny way of holding her head up so high in the air!

This is the Duke.

He does not have full pigmentation around his eyes … this may or may not come in later.

But he is a cute fellow anyway!  He's fairly calm.

"I don't want to sit on this stump and I don't want any more pictures!"

This is the Duchess.

She has a cute way of growling when we pick her up - it's like a half growl, half bark and with her little voice, we just have to laugh!

She is submissive and not independent though.

She is a sweet little girl!

This is the Lord.

He's the one with the thumbprint … we call it his coronet :)

He has a nice temperament, playful but not hyper.

"Are you talking about me?"

This is the Lady :)

Such a doll!

She seems to be quite a calm puppy.

I like her champagne markings!

Last but not least, this is the Princess!

So precious … she is a sweetie-pie!

The black and white puppies are the hardest to get pictures of - because of the exposure and lighting!

I love her face and eyes!

She looks quite elegant here!

And now for the videos … we obviously can't tag each puppy in the video so you'll have to refer back to the pictures to see who is who!  The hardest ones to tell apart are Count and Countess, but a good clue is that she has more white on her face, and also on her paws.
